After twelve years of roaming the world, alternatively chefing for a high end British catering company and studying yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, Nicky is now “settled” in the Bay of Plenty.
Nicky Smith is a culinary expert, with experience far beyond her years. Her diverse style has been born serving a world wide clientele, from international celebrities to boutique corporate events.
